Dr. James Sullivan grew up on the South Side of Chicago, then in southwestern Michigan. He received his BA and MD from the University of Michigan, through a six year combined integrated pre medical / medical program. Internal Medicine Residency and Infectious Disease Fellowship were completed at Rush. He pursued an MPH at University of Illinois at Chicago, in epidemiology. Dr. Mitchell Weinstein grew up in Montreal, Canada and earned a B.A. in Life Sciences in 1989 and an M.D. with honors in 1992 from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He received his post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases at the University of Toronto. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 1996. Dr. Toral Patel received her BA degree from Northwestern University and her undergraduate medical education at Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit and a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Patel joined the medical staff at Presence St. Joseph hospital Chicago in 2009. She is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease.
